The blessings of an honest person (Deuteronomy 6:18-19)
2017. 06. 04 - 정직한 자가 받는 복 (신 6:18-19)
Today， I would like to talk about honesty. Today's verse says， Do what is right and good in the Lord's sight. So that it may go well with you. The important lesson we must take from this verse is that we must measure honesty through what the Lord views as being honest.
오늘은 정직에 대해서 말씀 드리고자 합니다. 오늘 본문에 보면 ‘여호와께서 보시기에 정직하고 선량한 일을 행하라 그리하면 복을 받는다’ 고 되어 있습니다. 여기에서 중요한 것은 여호와께서 보시기에 그렇다는 것입니다.
Thus， we must understand God's standard; and our morals and values should come from a very honest and sincere place within each and every one of us. However， in reality， there are many instances where we may not know what is the right way; but we waver and do in honest thing.
이는 하나님을 향해서 그리고 사람을 향해서 올바르며 진실하고 거리낌이 없어야 한다는 것입니다. 그렇지만 현실은 그렇지 않을 때가 많습니다. 그러므로 하나님을 믿는 우리들은 무엇보다도 정직해야 합니다.
Daniel is a prime example of how we should be. He was obedient， faultless and did the right thing. A person of this character will receive blessings from the Load. These blessings will make you prosper in all aspects of your life.
다니엘도 충성되어 아무 그릇됨도 없고 아무 허물도 없었다고 하였습니다. 이런 모습이 우리들의 모습이 되어야 합니다. 이런 사람에게는 하나님께서 복을 주십니다. 그 복은 형통의 복으로서 대적을 이기게 하는 복입니다.
Therefore， it is important that we acknowledge that God is alive， and that he is always watching over us. Once you acknowledge this， the following step is becoming the honest person that God wants you to be. I bless that you all strive to be a person of good character that god wants you to be.
그래서 우리는 하나님이 참으로 살아 계신다는 것과 그 하나님이 여러분을 보고 계신다는 것을 인정해야 합니다. 그러면 여호와께서 보시기에 정직하게 행할 수 있습니다. 아무쪼록 이런 정직한 사람들이 다 되시기를 주님의 이름으로 축원 드립니다.
