Web User Terms and Conditions
For Web user registration for the website operated by Kenwood Fellowship Church - KOREAN (hereinafter “sumgimchurch.com”), the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) shall be set forth and applied between the user (hereinafter the “user” or “users”) and sumgimchurch.com.
Article One: The Terms and Conditions
After completing the registration and registration procedure, all users shall agree to comply to the Terms and Conditions.
Article Two: User Registration
1) A “user” shall mean those who have completed the prescribed registration form and procedure and those who agree to the Terms and Conditions.
2) In the event that a user applicant has violated the agreements, has had user privileges revoked in the past, or has falsely reported information on the registration application, or if sumgimchurch.com determines a user to be inappropriate, user privileges may be revoked.
Article Three: Changing Registered User Information
To change information imputed into the prescribed registration form (e-mail addresses, names, etc.), the information can be changed by following the prescribed procedures.
Article Four: User Services
Users will be able to access recorded worship, special gatherings, and streaming of live events, as well as a variety of resources that are distributed to church members, including downloadable weekly bulletins, prayer requests, and e-mail magazines. A user fee is not charged for the services.
Article Five: The Handling of User Information
In the screen for updating information, users can check their registered information (e-mail addresses, names, etc.).
Article Six: Password Management
Users are responsible for their passwords.Please do not share your password with another person. After the password is registered and confirmed by the prescribed method, sumgimchurch.com does not take any responsibility for damage resulting from fraudulent use, misuse, use from non-users, or any other incident.
Article Seven: Withdrawing User
If a user wishes to withdrawal, the user shall contact sumgimchurch.com by e-mail; after confirming the user’s identity, the user’s information will soon be deleted.
Article Eight: Cancellation of User Privileges
Under the following conditions, sumgimchurch.com reserves the right to cancel user privileges without prior notice to the user:
1) if the user has violated the user agreements and/or member privileges have been canceled;
2) if the user has violated the prohibitions listed under Article Six;
3) if the user has violated this agreement.
Article Nine: Prohibited Conduct
The following is prohibited conduct:
1) entering false information during user registration or when updating user information;
2) misuse or fraudulent use of passwords, loaning a password to a third party, communal use of a password with a third party, etc;
3) conduct that works toward the disadvantage or damage of other users or sumgimchurch.com; conduct that causes undue fear;
4) conduct contrary to public order and morals;
5) any other activities that sumgimchurch.com deems inappropriate.
Article Ten: Other Matters
1) Generally, sumgimchurch.com will contact users by e-mail, telephone, or facsimile.
2) Without user consent, and without disclosure required by law, disclosure will not be made to third parties.
3) Without prior user consent, sumgimchurch.com reserves the right to change these agreements and the Terms and Conditions. User shall abide by the changes.
4) Without prior notice to users, sumgimchurch.com reserves the right to change this website, the entire user services, and/or the website’s parts, as well as suspend, interrupt, pause, and/or stop this website.
5) If a problem regarding the present user service occurs and it cannot be solved by the present Terms and Conditions, sumgimchurch.com and the user shall resolve the matters through sincerity and discussion.
